🎯 Purpose of the Platform
This platform assists victims of demonstrations and public protests in Kenya to submit claims, upload evidence, and track their case progress. Information is used solely for verifying and processing claims.
✅ Eligibility
Only victims who suffered injury, death in their family, disability, trauma, or related harm during demonstrations or protests are eligible to apply for compensation.
📝 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information and evidence is accurate. False or misleading submissions may result in rejection or legal consequences.
⚖️ No Guarantee of Compensation
Submission of a claim does not guarantee compensation. Claims are subject to verification, assessment, and approval by the Victims Compensation Committee.
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
The Committee is not liable for technical issues, delays, or losses arising from use of this platform.
